Ia??ve worn this belt a couple dozen times since I bought it and I do like it quite a bit. It does allow for very small adjustments to get that just right snugness without being too tight or too loose, so it definitely nails that aspect perfectly.
The only part that I dona??t like that I took a star off for is it is very square so some of the edges are sharp enough that if you sit a certain way, it will dig in to your stomach a little bit, but that wouldna??t stop me from buying it again, really more just a recommendation for the manufacture potentially

I love this belt for the sheer reason that I can set it once in the morning and it stays allllllll day at work. Getting in and out of fork trucks, bending, lifting and reaching all day and no readjusting needed.
