So far, excellent. Bought it for work-I do 48 on, 96 off, so I spend long stretches in uniform. The belt stayed exactly how I set it, never loosened, even after nearly 20 hours before I could take a break. Also used it for everyday carry with a full-size appendix rig-no sag, no fold-over, just held perfectly. Only question now is long-term durability, but for now it's 5 stars.

Love the belt, only complaint is the giant brand name on the buckle. Kills the clean professional look. If they offered a subdued buckle, it'd be 5 stars.
