I love this belt, I wear it more then my Kore belt.
One feature that I love is that the tail goes inside the belt, you don't have to use a belt stay to deal with it.

When the postal service tried to return my package to the sender and subsequently lost the package, Fairwin customer service was very helpful and understanding. After consulting with them via email and providing my tracking number. They elected to send me a replacement unit even though the USPS was to blame. I give this product a 5 stars for this reason and because I like the belt.
The belt feels very well put together and durable. One concern I had before purchasing this belt was the potential for the double layers separating. The two layers feel like they are welded together and this lends the belt its rigidity. The ratchetting mechanism is pretty simple with only one moving part and an internal spring. I would like to know if this moving piece is metal or plastic, as this could have a significant effect on the durability of this belt. From what I can tell, it feels like a piece of coated metal. The whole buckle is metal with the same coating. The ratchet teeth are plastic and look like they will last, they need to be plastic so the belt can flex.
For anyone worried about running out of space on the ratchet, I'm a 32" waist and got the small (33"-37"). Tightening down as far as I can go leaves me with 2 inches of extra ratchet.
For ergonomics, the button on the ratchet could be a little less rounded so it is easier to find when adjusting the belt under your clothes. This issue is something I think I will get used to with time though, and the rounded button appears less…
